Download MyODBC 5.1 Driver Connector from http://www.mysql.com
Open Data Source (ODBC)
Start -> Setting -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools
Double Click
On Tab System DSN Click Add
Select a MySQL ODBC 5.1 Driver and Click Finish go to next step.
Input requirement field.
Click a Test to tet a connection
if create completed. will be show a data source name.
